911 Bulletins
Keeping you informed - and
safe!
M33 Access is proud to be a linchpin in one of the most effective
communications ever created, the Internet. Now, in partnership with the
regional 911 services our company supports with its technology, we're
putting that communications system to work in an effort to keep you informed
with bulletins on everything from severe weather to potentially deadly
health risks in our food chain.
Recently, in cooperation with the Ogemaw County 911/Emergency
Management system and its director, Greg Clark, we launched our first
bulletin warning of an E. coli outbreak related to a massive frozen pizza
recall. We also sent an e-mail network wide to all of our thousands of
customers. Another soon followed about tainted ground beef in local food
stores.
Your response was overwhelmingly positive.
"Thank you for caring about your customers' health as well as
the Internet!" wrote Suzanne Renard, of Alpena.
"Thank you for taking the time to alert all your customers,"
wrote Elaine McInchak, of Luzerne. "Your company is really great."
Well, the way we see it, it's our customers who are great - and
anything we can do to keep them well-informed and safe, we'll do it, because
we care.
Meantime, we're continuing to work with regional emergency
management folks on ways to even improve our system. Stay tuned here for
more information.
